Cancellation and No Show
We get it—life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust accordingly.
Here’s how our updated policy works:
• Less than 24 hrs’ notice: 100% of service fee charged, credit valid for 30 days with the same stylist + $50 inconvenience fee (not credited)
• No-shows: Charged in full, no credit given
(People with fraudulent or insufficiently funded cards will be banned from booking in the future until the money owed is able to be charged.)
Showing up to your appointment
Please make sure to detangle your hair PRIOR to your appointment or extra fee's will apply. Book a TAKE DOWN if your hair is in braids, weaved, or any other intricate styling. You will need to book a haircut appointment if you haven't had a haircut within the last 6 month to receive any non haircut type styling or color services. Please DO NOT bring people with you to your appointment as space is limited.
Redos and Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Our stylists put care and intention into every head they touch.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’re happy to offer a complimentary redo within 14 days of your appointment with the same stylist. That’s our way of making it right—without compromising our boundaries.
